The Music

We are thrilled with our talented line-up of musicians, who are an integral part of the team.

We have Richard and Phil on Fiddle, Greg on Guitar, Ed on Mandolin, Tony on Banjo, Pat on Bass Guitar, and Alan on Triangle. Most of the musicians can turn their hand to a variety of instruments.

After about a year, the dancers were getting a bit restless having to put up with the Band with No Name. The musicians were duly instructed to adjourn to the nearest hostelry, and not to return until a name had been chosen. The band became "Fuggles", thanks to our resident beer expert, Gerald, who assures us it's the name of a variety of Hops.
